Anonymous asked: Wait what happened to you during sleep paralysis?
ughh it was so intense like…
So, I went to bed really stoned and tried to lucid dream. Once all my muscles were finally relaxed and I didn’t feel like I had to move them anymore, I felt a weight on my chest and I began struggling to breathe. Soon after that, my chest felt so heavy and my heartbeat was either so fast or so slow that I thought it was going to give out. There was also a really strong feeling of dread.
That was the scariest part for me because I knew I was in sleep paralysis from the moment i felt a weight on my chest so I expected audio/visual stuff but I didnt know my body would feel like that ugh
I kept my eyes closed the entire time and thank the fucking gods for that because I can’t imagine what I would have seen. At the peak of it all, suddenly everything went from complete darkness to bright white light as if someone had turned on the light in the room. I thought for a second that maybe my fiance had come home but I pretty much knew that wasn’t it because when I laid down he wasn’t going to be home for another like 10 hours.
My vision was just one clear bright color and it started changing every once in a while. Every time it did, I winced as if a flashlight had just been shined in my eyes. It also felt like there were some kind of medium-sized animals walking all over my bed.
Needless to say it was horrifying.
I had such a terrible experience with sleep paralysis oh my god
that was absolutely horrifying and I legitimately thought my heart was going to give out
stoned + sleep paralysis = NO!!!!! !
"What do you plan to do with your future?"
what if you were in bed tonight and you were really lonely and sad and you were lying with your arm hanging out over the edge of the bed into the darkness and just as you were going to sleep, the darkness reached out and held your hand
i made a thing
i don’t think i’m as freaked out by the dark anymore
